1.TUBING: Customize Welded Steel Tubing
2.SHAFT: Bright Drawn Steel to required bearing tolerance.

3.WELDING: Welding is done by the metal insert Gas/Wire Process.
4.ROLLER END: Both ends of Tube is simultaneously machined and chamfered.
5.BEARING: Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing ¨C 2RS with C3 clearance.
6.End Bell: two kinds of design-----Punch Press & Cast steel
7.LUBRICATION: Grease is a Lithium Soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors.
8.SEALING ARRANGEMENT: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth Seal and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal.
9.Idlers manufactured to SABS Code 1313.
10.Bearing locates between circlips with expansion clearance.
